Once you’re one of my clients, you’re entitled to FREE remoted assistance from the comfort of your home to fix minor problems. Just call me or send me an SMS and I’ll do the rest.

Don’t be fooled when others say the magic word: “FORMAT is what your computer/laptop needs”. Formatting is the last resort. Sometimes you can fix the problem in other ways. I give my opinion and say what best needs to be done; however, it’s up to the client to choose what he/she wants.

I can reassure you, that you will be 100% SATISFIED both with the service and the charges incurred because my priority is customer satisfaction. You will have your PC back in 3 days (Sundays not included) – this can be impossible only in rare circumstances, depending on the problem of the PC. When I give you your PC back, all you have to do is plug and play (unless you want me to come home and install it as well).

If you’re not satisfied and there’s no other way to solve the problem, I will return the money you paid for my service (any hardware and software bought are not included).
